Join us on April 28th, 2018 for a 5K or 10k run starting at Williams Integracare at 8am, followed by a seminar aimed to optimize your body’s performance for all your multisport endeavors this season. Ashton Nelsen DPM of St. Cloud Foot and Ankle Center will be discussing how to prevent heel pain/ plantar fasciitis. Ryan Granroth DC of Williams Integracare will be discussing functional mobility and how to maintain peak performance.
